If you know the name, you can always use the @search item <item name> command. Or if you want a broad perspective, use www.maplearchive.com.

To use MapleArchive, search the item you want, I'll use something simple to guide:

Step 1: Search your item. Searching a lux cheribum

Step 2: Find your item on the list. Locating it on the list

Step 3: Click the link to find out if that's exactly what you wanted. Confirming this is the item you want

Step 4a: (Only tricky part here). There's 2 parts to this step. One is verification, and one is to complete the generating. What you want to do is copy and paste the item name and USE the @search item <item name> function in game to INSURE the item exists. Maybe from past experience, you've crashed making an item. This happens when you input an incorrect code into the generator. The reason for the check is to check if this item exists inside this version of Maplestory (V.117) If you use the search function (@search item lux cheribum) and come up with your item on an item list, it's fair game; if you do not see your item on an item list, your item might not be compatiable with this server's data. Keep in mind, this archive holds all the ID's GMS/KMS has to offer, so check before you generate. 

Step 4b: Making your item. By now, you would have used the search function in game, and you can simply use that to generate your item. But if you're feeling skeptical whether or not you can input it in correctly, simple go into the URL and here is the ID.

And done, your item is made!
